Refund Policy
A clear 15-day guarantee for one-time digital product purchases made through Hotmart.
Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Our guarantee
We offer a full refund for an eligible digital product purchase requested within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. You do not need to provide a detailed justification for changing your mind.
The Hotmart checkout displays the same 15-day period. If a product page or checkout offers a longer period, the longer period shown at purchase applies.
2. How to request a refund
- Go to the official Hotmart refund portal.
- Enter the transaction number from your purchase or access email.
- Complete the security verification sent to the email used at checkout.
- Follow the status and payment instructions provided by Hotmart.
If you cannot find your transaction or access the portal, email [email protected]. We can help identify the purchase and submit a request through Hotmart when appropriate.
3. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the payment method and process supported by Hotmart. Bank, card, currency, and local payment processing times vary and are outside our direct control. A refund request is not the same as the date funds appear in your account.
4. After the guarantee period
After 15 calendar days, refunds are not ordinarily available unless required by applicable law or approved to correct duplicate billing, unauthorized payment, non-delivery, or another exceptional issue. Contact support before beginning a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem.
5. Fair use and fraud
The guarantee is designed to let genuine buyers evaluate a product without risk. We may investigate repeated purchases and refund requests, false transaction information, unauthorized payments, piracy, or other abuse. This does not limit a legitimate refund request or a mandatory consumer right.
6. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country or state. Where local law gives you a stronger remedy, that law applies.
