1. About us

Small Win Studio is a trading name of Mas Novedades Online S.A.S., a company organized under the laws of Colombia. We are the creator and seller of the digital products offered on this website. Hotmart provides checkout, payment, delivery, and related platform services, but is not the creator of our products.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Refund Policy, and the terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. A minor may use a product only when a parent or legal guardian purchases it and supervises its use.

3. Products and orders

Our products are downloadable or digitally accessible educational resources. Each purchase is a one-time payment unless a product page and checkout expressly state otherwise. We do not add a subscription or recurring charge to a one-time offer.

Product descriptions, included files, price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Hotmart may display local payment methods, currency conversion, and taxes based on the buyer's location. The information displayed in the final checkout controls if it differs from an earlier display caused by exchange rates or taxes.

We may reject or cancel an order reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, technical error, or violation of these Terms. If a completed payment is canceled by us, the amount collected for that order will be refunded through the original payment channel.

4. Delivery and access

Access instructions are sent to the email entered at Hotmart checkout after payment is approved. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and protecting their Hotmart credentials.

Products advertised with permanent and unlimited access remain available without a recurring access fee for as long as we and our delivery provider can reasonably operate the service. Because no online platform can be guaranteed to operate forever, we may migrate delivery providers or discontinue a product after giving affected buyers a reasonable opportunity to download the materials they purchased.

5. Personal-use license

A purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view, and print the product for private, non-commercial use. Ownership and intellectual property rights are not transferred.

Members of the buyer's immediate household may consult the buyer's copy for shared private use. This does not create additional licenses and does not allow separate accounts, forwarding files outside the household, or placing files in a shared or public repository.

You may not:

• sell, sublicense, rent, publish, upload, distribute, or give away the product;
• remove copyright, brand, or ownership notices;
• convert the product into a course, template, database, prompt library, or competing product;
• use the product or substantial portions of it to train an artificial intelligence model; or
• use our materials, brand, or website in an unlawful or misleading way.

6. Educational information and results

Our products provide general educational information and practical tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, legal, financial, psychological, engineering, or other regulated advice unless a product expressly states otherwise and identifies the qualified professional responsible for that advice.

Results depend on the buyer's circumstances, decisions, materials, environment, and implementation. We do not promise a particular outcome, income, performance level, health result, or time saving. Product-specific safety, allergy, suitability, or professional-use notices form part of these Terms and should be followed before using the material.

7. Refunds

Eligible purchases carry a full 15-calendar-day guarantee beginning on the purchase date. Requests should be submitted through the official Hotmart refund channel. Our Refund Policy explains the process and forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived in the buyer's country or state.

8. Product and website changes

We may correct errors, update materials, improve formats, replace files, or change future offers. A change will not remove a buyer's right to the core product purchased or reduce an active refund right. Bonus items may be replaced with reasonably comparable items when necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this website or a third-party platform. Planned maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt access.

9. Third-party services

Hotmart and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. A buyer may need to accept Hotmart's purchase terms to complete payment and receive access. We are responsible for our products and support; third-party providers remain responsible for their own systems and services.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by misuse of a product, reliance outside its stated educational purpose, or a third-party service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any consumer protection that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Cali, Colombia.

This choice of law and forum does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or a forum available under the non-waivable laws of the place where that consumer resides.

12. General provisions

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. We may update these Terms for future use of the website; the terms presented at the time of purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or benefits the buyer.
